Our hog roast machines have all passed a rigorous safety compliance checks for indoor and indoor use. Our machines have been designed to fit through a standard garden gate (28" is the narrowest) and has two wheels on the front, making it easier to transport. However, it is pretty heavy, especially if there's a whole pig inside, so we would appreciate if there are no major steps to negotiate (3 or 4 is fine)...or any tight angles.

Depending on the type of meat chosen for your party or event, we will arrive on site up to 7 hours prior to serving. We only cook fresh on site using locally sourced, free range pork, lamb, game, venison, chicken and beef from quality, award winning butchers and farmers, meaning that our meat is of the highest quality.

We are totally self sufficient on the day itself and would only need a relative flat area for our equipment and access to fresh, clean water. Our portions are large and there is always enough for second or even third helpings. All the food will be ready by your preferred time of eating, with the chef carving the meat straight onto the guests plates while our assistants will help serve the salads, stuffing, condiments etc - buffet style.

We operate throughout Summer and Winter and can even cook indoors - Our machine is smokeless. We boast public liability, business insurance, CE approved equipment, trained food handlers and have again been awarded the 5 star rating for health, hygiene and safety by the South Norfolk Coucil.

A pig will take up to 6 hours to cook perfectly, lamb up to 3 hours, beef 3 hours and chicken 2 hours. If you are wondering how many people this will feed, just let us know the numbers we are catering for and we will supply the correct amount of meat to suit from our bespoke menus.
